Ordering an item from VJLoops.TV? We can ship to any address in the world for a €7 Euros flat rate of charge. *Note that there are restrictions on some products. All VJLoops.TV packages will require signature upon receipt. No Refunds wil be given on any products, only exchanges for the same product.
When you place an order and the money is received, we will ship the product the following business day. Please take into consideration that products can be delayed through mail and can take up to 4-6 weeks. We average that 1 week on all international orders and 2-3 days on domestic orders.
Shipping costs for orders from VJLoops.TV depend upon the product purchased. All VJ LOOPS DVDS will be shipped for €7 Euros. Other products shipping fees vary.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
If an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination.
Other Address Problems. If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
We now offer the option to download your VJ LOOPS from our servers. Upon completion of your payment and verification by one of our staff we will send you a download link within 24 hours of your purchase. Under normal circumstances you can receive your link within 8 hours but it could take up to 24 hours. Your link will be sent to the email provided. The link/s will be in the form of .ZIP for compression and you will need a program to unzip your archives. In the event of a failed download or corrupt file/s a replacement link or file will be mailed. If this does not solve the problem we will gladly mail you a DVD at no cost to an address that you designate.
